Hypnotic
When you catch Mickey chewing on something he shouldn't be (buckles on my boots, cords from the blinds, or my coat sleeve in this example) he will stop chewing and look at you without turning his head. Then he will slooowly continue chewing from the corner of his mouth without breaking eye contact.
"If I keep eye contact with you, you won't notice what I'm doing with my mouth...look into my eyes...nothing going on here...walk away slowly...maybe bring me a treat while you're at it."
