Is Mickey sleeping? No, this is an action shot. He just sometimes gets tired laying on his stomach while chewing his toys (that's my guess anyway). So he rolls to his side and holds the toy by his mouth and continues chewing. He is also enjoying a nice sunbeam here, so this is one happy little puppy!
